The audiovisual Business Developer is an outside sales position focused on sales generation and new business growth.  Engineering support is provided to aid in proposing technical solutions for visual communications and sound reinforcement used in commercial and professional applications.

  • Prospecting for sales opportunities and logging them in CRM
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements as well as to complete site surveys
  • Continuing education on the products and services we sell as well as the audiovisual industry in general
  • Preparing and presenting audiovisual system proposals
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Participate in meetings with the Sales Team
  • Participate in 1 on 1 accountability meetings with the Sales Director
  • Strong selling and prospecting skills

  • Ability to develop and execute tactical and strategic sales plans
  • Must represent CCS in a professional manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Windows based computer running Microsoft Office
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in B2B outside sales
  • Experience in AV a plus but not required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with safe driving record
