Your Partner From Design
Design & Engineering
Every CCS Southeast project starts with system design and engineering considering technical, architectural, environmental, budgetary, workflow, and future expansion. This initial step is critical and involving the CCS Southeast design team early will ensure your AV system will successfully integrate within the design space, saving time and money.
During the engineering and CAD phase, we document all approved concepts to form the facilities and technical documents required to properly build the AV systems and infrastructure. Understanding how components integrate and work as a singular, fluid system is what we do best. Our product knowledge allows us to incorporate each component for the most optimal and efficient design.
Project Management & Implementation
This team will define the work, build and manage the implementation plan, manage risk, oversee project documentation, ensure the quality of workmanship, and keep an eye on the daily project metrics to ensure that project completion dates are met. Our dedication to client satisfaction is evident through our extreme attention to detail and passion for quality and excellence with every installation.
CCS Southeast maintains dedicated fabrication facilities quality giving us the ability to stage, pre-test, configure, and build complex and large systems in a controlled environment prior to final installation to assure predictable performance. This ensures that the AV and UC systems we design are delivered with the highest quality. Pre-fabrication ensures smooth engineering while minimizing the risks associated with construction and on-site integration.
CCS Southeast implementation teams are among the most competent, dedicated, highly trained professionals in the industry. We are dedicated to ongoing training and certification to keep our teams at the forefront of best practices and technology. Our team holds the highest technology credentials and have years of experience in all aspects of technology integration. Our dedication to client satisfaction is evident through our extreme attention to detail and passion for quality and excellence with every installation.
In addition, CCS Southeast maintains dedicated fabrication facilities to ensure that the AV and UC system’s we design are delivered with the highest quality. These facilities give CCS Southeast the ability to stage, pre-test, configure, and build complex and large systems in a controlled environment prior to final installation to assure predictable performance. Pre-fabrication ensures smooth engineering while minimizing the risks and timeframes associated with construction and on-site integration.
Programming & Training
CCS Southeast provides control system programming and touch panel design services to operate every critical system used in any of our AV solutions. Our programmers are experienced and certified in a variety of AV and UC system design, engineering, installation, and post-installation support. We understand the merging of AV and IT technologies for both simple and sophisticated projects and our goal is to provide our client with a system that is user-friendly, state-of-the-art, reliable, intuitive, and adaptable for future upgrades. We offer AV and UC systems training that allows our clients complete understanding of the features and functionality of their AV and UC solutions. During the training phase, we document the approved concepts and specifications providing them in a user-friendly document.
Documentation & Training
We work hard to take the intimidation out of audio visual and unified communication systems. Our goal is to guarantee that our clients completely understand the features and functionality of their AV and UC solutions.
In the Documentation phase, we take all the approved concepts and specifications and put them to paper in the form of detailed, project technical documents. These may include:
- Systems Engineering and CAD Design Drawings
- Electrical & System Specifications
- Functional, Performance & Installation Specifications
- Equipment schedules, Project Reports & Cost Estimates
- Equipment Operations Manuals
