Our company seeks an experienced and highly organized audiovisual project manager to lead and manage audiovis-ual projects from conception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of the audiovisual industry and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams as well as clients. This position must work closely with the Account Manager, Engineer and the Lead Installer on each project to insure project success.


  • Manage end-to-end audiovisual projects including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Participates in project kick-off meetings, and manages all documentation for the project
  • Coordinate necessary programming for the project
  • Manage the pre-commissioning process through completion and sign off
  • Track labor and monitor project profitability
  • Coordinate the scheduling of manpower for the project
  • Attend a weekly Production Meeting to provide updates on all projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Responsible for industry standards and code compliance, including safety and quality control
  • Identify technical requirements and ensure appropriate equipment and resources are available at each stage of the project
  • Obtain project sign off from the customer


  • Bachelor degree in audiovisual production, communications or equivalent experience required
  • 2 + years of experience with audio-visual, corporate video, or other related systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment project delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and standards
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
  • Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding
  • Highly self-motivated and takes a structured and consistent approach to the completion of complex tasks
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered a plus
