CCS Southeast is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Education Market Analyst position located in Jacksonville, FL. This position requires at least 2 years of college and 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in education or technology.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Understand competitive / market price levels within assigned customers and districts.
  • Lead the coordination and development of specific customer / district price quotations. Collaborate with the Client, Manufacturing Vendors, Sales team, and other relevant internal groups (like operations or purchasing) to position CCS to be the winning bid or quote.
  • Monitor profit performance of contracts and quotes across the EDU vertical to develop price revisions / offerings , as necessary to improve profitability.
  • Support accounting to ensure pricing is being correctly applied to customer orders, based on original quoted assumptions.
  • Evaluate job close profit performance on price proposals/quotes. Identify key drivers of variances and collaborate with commercial group to revise pricing as necessary.
  • Monitor profitability trends of assigned market segments and customers. Recommend / implement pricing actions to improve as appropriate.
  • Update all customer pricing based on vendor changes per customer agreements in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely responses to price requests and bid packages from Districts, or specific opportunities.
  • Lead special projects as they arise to support our market and/or customer strategies and commercial objectives within the EDU vertical.

Requirements:

  • Desire to learn and take personal ownership of ongoing development in role.
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with audio visual products used in education is a plus but not required.
  • Interest and ability to work with numbers.
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious of data accuracy.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 2 years of college and 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in education or technology.
